E-COURSE POLICY

By accessing online e-courses, you must agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. The time “course” includes the e-course Web pages, courses, and associated materials.

USE OF E-COURSE MATERIALS

  • All courses, materials, and references used in or related to the e-courses are the property of the Miss Unconventional or third parties and used under permission granted to Missunconventional.com and may only be used in the manner detailed in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Missunconventional.com and the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for courses or others as approved by Missunconventional.com
  • As a course participant, you may view, read, and download all materials part of the course library. You can also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the e-course. However, you may not communicate, share, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the e-course, login, and references, password, readings, links, or any other materials to other users.
  • The terms and conditions regarding using materials apply upon registration for the course while you are taking the e-course and upon and after completing, withdrawing from, or terminating the e-course.

E-COURSE ACCESS

Only Registered Course Participant registrants have access to the course discussion forum.

REFUNDS FOR E-COURSES

You may leave a course at any time. However, once you are registered and have logged in to the system, you will not receive a refund for any reason. Our refund policy does not cover courses.

PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Services or Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services, third party products and services, or the Internet; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services, third party products and services, or the Internet.
